Delivery of an RTL packaging line for a bar manufacturer in Austria

The flat, die-cut blanks are formed and erected fully automatically in the 4-head erector (with a high number of cycles). The folding boxes are then transported to the loading station. In the loading station, the bars are grouped and placed in the folding boxes by an ABB robot. Finally, the FS packed with bars are closed by our capper with pinpoint accuracy and integrated flap control.
